β Most bookings, including flight tickets, hotel vouchers, and tour confirmations, are delivered via email or WhatsApp/SMS within 24β48 hours of payment confirmation.
β Customers are advised to check their spam/junk folder if they do not receive the email.
β Physical Delivery (If Requested):
β Printed itineraries, invoices, or travel kits may be couriered to the customerβs address on request.
β Delivery timelines vary between 3β7 business days, depending on location.
β Additional courier charges may apply.
2. Shipping Charges

β International courier delivery β Charges depend on destination and courier partner rates.
3. Order Processing
β Orders are processed only after full or partial payment confirmation as per booking terms.
β Any delay due to incorrect contact details provided by the customer will not be the agencyβs responsibility.
4. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
β For electronic documents: If you do not receive your e-ticket or travel voucher within the stated timeframe, please contact us immediately.
β For courier shipments: We will provide a tracking number (if applicable). Delays caused by courier services or external factors (weather, strikes, customs, etc.) are beyond our control.
5. International Shipping & Customs
β For international courier shipments, customs duties or import taxes (if any) will be borne by the customer.
β We recommend using electronic delivery for international customers to avoid delays.
