Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Ashok North East Travels, we value your trust and strive to provide flexible and transparent booking options. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which bookings may be canceled and refunds processed.
1. General Terms
● All cancellations must be made in writing via email or official communication channels of the agency.
● Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment.
● Processing times for refunds may take 7–15 business days (excluding bank delays).
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
● Ashok North East Travels may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travelers signed up for the trip/trek.
● What if we don’t get the minimum number of people for the trip?
» Option 1: Complete refund.
» Option 2: Switch to any other trip of the same weekend or future weekends. The difference amount will be collected from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.
Cancellation by the traveler(s):
○ The Organizers have to be informed 48 hours before the event start time if you wish to cancel/postpone your event.
○ In this case, the refund would be processed as per the Refund Policy mentioned below.
○ Alternatively, you may postpone your ticket to the future event 48 hours before the event start time. (Allowed once per booking ONLY)
○ No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of the event start time.
○ You may provide a replacement from your end (your friend, colleague, or any other) in case you cannot make it to the event because of unforeseen circumstances. This way you can save your hard-earned money.
